Shipping Policy
At Wejden, we work with reliable international shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. We are pleased to offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment and may take several business days to process. In order to prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Process
Orders typically require 2–5 business days to be processed and prepared before being transferred to our shipping carrier. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays (up to 10 business days), or if an item is temporarily experiencing high demand or stock limitations.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, no changes can be made, including address modifications. Orders are shipped strictly to the address provided at checkout.
We ship on business days only and do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates depending on the location of our fulfillment partners.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Please note that for some carriers, tracking updates may take several days to appear in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and no tracking information is available, please contact us at contact @ wejden.com.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country or region. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Wejden cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, labor disputes, or carrier disruptions.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Wejden has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any incurred return shipping costs and customs fees.
Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Wejden is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Claims related to damaged or missing packages must be reported promptly. We rely on the carrier’s tracking and delivery confirmation when reviewing such requests.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to retrieve or reroute it. Wejden is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
